A new social networking site on the run

Hey guyz we all did and are doing facebook everyday. But nowadays people also have started doing google plus which is a lil bit different from the best social networking site the is facebook.
But does anyone know that there is a new social networking site known as socl (pronounced social) on which microsoft is working on.
Microsoft has been working on this social networking site socl which will be compilation of facebook and google plus and all the other top social networking sites.
This project was accidently revealed , but microsoft took the page down immediately and replaced with a note to the public.
Lets hope that this would be the totally new and best social networking site ever on the whole internet.
